However, in the event that the item you require has been sold before the web site has been updated, we will inform you immediately and refund your payment. Refunds are issued through the buyer's original payment method.

Product Details & Colours
Each piece is photograph and describe as accurately and honestly as possible. Each item holds a condition report. This will address any defects such as chips,breaks,restoration etc.
The colours of our product range depicted on this web site cannot be taken as absolute due to variations in individual computer monitors and their settings.
Where we offer free delivery on selected items,we use a network of couriers and Parcel Force for our deliveries, all of which, will require a signature on arrival. If this should cause you problems then please, appoint a delivery address where a signature can be provided.
Scotties shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident,legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Loss or Damage In Transit
Scotties responsibility for loss or damaged goods in transit, will be limited to providing a full refund. Damaged orders must be returned to Scotties.
Import / Export/ Duty
Where applicable the buyer or his / her agents will be responsible for obtaining an import / export licence and for ensuring compliance with all regulations governing the admission of the products into the country of delivery. Where a duty levied against products imported to destination country the buyer is responsible for the cost and researching such costs that may be implemented.
Should you be unhappy or have changed your mind in relation to your purchases, then we are more than happy to accept returns and issue a 100% refund for the goods.
On returning the goods you the buyer are responsible for the return and the cost of return within 15 days of receipt of goods. All goods returned must be in the original condition as sent, undamaged, together with the original invoice and any promotional material held within packaging.
We do advise returns to be sent with a tracking number and adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss or damage by the delivery company. Scotties will not be held liable for loss/ damage of any returning items.
Once returns are received and checked, a refund will be issued within 3 working days on the same format as originally used by the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
